I’m excited to introduce the SJMC Japan Team 2023! These are the students who are accompanying Jon Zmikly and me to Japan in June 2023. They’ll write daily blog posts for each day we’re in Tokyo, Kyoto and the surrounding areas. They’ll also write feature stories and personal travel essays and create mobile storytelling content and a mini-documentary.
Most of us will travel to Japan on June 6, arriving June 7. We’ll spend the first half of the trip in Tokyo, and then take the shinkansen to Kyoto for the second half. Check this site to follow our trip and see all the student content creations!
