After my adventures in golf at the Mount Fuji golf range in Kiba City, I was hungry and felt like going on a picnic.
I thought that finding any greenery in a congested city would be a somewhat difficult task, but after my quick run to the FamilyMart convenience store and a few directions from the cashier, I was on my way.
After my lunch, I noticed a sign that said “botanical garden” so I followed this path and eventually got to a separate part of the park where I noticed a man playing basketball by himself.
I was wearing a Texas State University basketball t-shirt, so I decided to go over and try to play.
“Basketball,” I said as I pointed to my shirt.
“My name is Shigi-san,” he said. “Do you want to play?”
