Hi, everyone! My name is Heather Hoang, and I’m an advertising major from Houston, Texas. I am currently an incoming senior. After graduation, I hope to work in digital marketing and brand strategy, helping brands create campaigns and stronger connections with audiences online.
I’m mostly looking forward to experiencing the history and culture of Japan because I think it will give me a new perspective on advertising, branding and consumer trends in a different part of the world. Japan is known for its unique marketing, fashion, design and media culture, so I’m excited to learn more about it firsthand while also exploring new places and stepping outside my comfort zone.
